An Alternative to a Brisbane Registry Office Wedding
How it works
If you like the idea of a registry office wedding, Alter Albion is an alternative, only 4kms from Brisbane CBD. We work similarly to the registry office: affordable, simple, easy, but with a whole lot of wow factor.
Located within the stunning Craft’d Grounds, we provide everything you need for a wedding for just $995 (Mon-Thur) and $1095 (Fri-Sun).
Many couples marry at the Brisbane Registry Office because they want a wedding which is low-key, easy, affordable, and straight-forward.
We’ve kept the process of getting married just as simple as a registry office wedding, with a bit of extra to make it feel that little bit special.
We provide the venue, the Celebrant, the chairs, the decor, the signing table, the paperwork, the registration. It’s perfect for those wanting a low-stress, affordable wedding with heart.
Our ceremonies are held on the hour, every hour from 9am to 5pm.
Get Married in Two (or Three) Easy Steps
Step One
Make an appointment to lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage with Alter Albion, either in-person or on-line.
Once this is lodged, you can choose your wedding date and pay your fee in full to lock this in.
Step Two
Turn up on your agreed wedding date with a minimum of you and two witnesses, or up to 50 guests.
Get married.
That’s it. After all, Alter Albion is already decorated, with 20 chairs and room for another 30 standing.
We provide the Celebrant, paperwork, and a 15-20 minute ceremony.
We told you it was simple!
Step Three (Optional)
If you’d like to continue your celebrations, then you can, without leaving our premises.
We’re part of Craft’d Grounds, a precinct in Albion, Brisbane, of restaurants and bars, therefore we have options.
If you’re after a laid back kind of vibe, check out Drift Lager Bar and Cellar. However, if you want something a bit more upmarket, Hervé’s Restaurant & Bar have multiple options, from canapes and drinks in their bar, through to a full reception.
