Hervé’s Restaurant & Bar is a French-inspired restaurant, offering an elevated yet relaxed dining experience, that showcased incredible local produce.
Tucked away on the upper level of the Craft’d Grounds precinct, the decor has an intimate and homely feel. With timber aplenty, as well as terrazzo, soft lighting and textured fabrics, the mood is secluded and comfortable. It is a true community destination.

The Restaurant
Hervé’s Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and has options for a la carte, signature tasting menu, or group dining.
Whether it’s a casual weekday lunch, a long-table celebration, or an intimate evening out, their a la carte menu has something for everyone.
The Burgundy Room
The Burgundy Room is an intimate private dining space, designed for guests who value privacy, conversation, and beautifully paced dining. This room offers a calm, elegant setting with a distinctly European feel with seated private dining for up to 16 guests, dedicated service and curated menus
The Glasshouse

The Chalet

The Black Brisbane
The Black Brisbane is a flexible event space that has options for those looking to have a larger celebration post ceremony.
Alternatively, if you want something super casual, during the day The Black Brisbane is also home to Collingwood Black, a fantastic coffee shop. Why not buy a pastry or two from Sprout Bakery, nab a table at The Black Brisbane’s outdoor area, and enjoy a moment of reflection.
Drift Lager Bar + Cellar
Drift is located downstairs from Alter Albion, and is perfect for a casual celebration with friends and family.
With a full bar, you can either set up a bar tab or have a cash bar.
Drift has a cosy atmosphere, with nooks and crannies, allowing either an intimate celebration, or something larger.
Set within Craft’d Grounds, there’s also an outdoor terrace and plenty of beers on tap, bar snacks and light bites. It’s the perfect spot to settle in with friends post wedding, keeping everything easy and affordable.
